This company hires a lot of prior service members with aviation backgrounds. Good annual increase in pay determined by ones contributions to the mission. Awesome health care benifets and retirement plans!

Cons

Not on policies are backed up in writting. Because the company hires a lot of prior service members the work culture is as though I'm still in the service.

Pros

A great professional team, I am leaning a lot from the experts. Many people in key positions have years of industry experience and time with the company. They share their experiences and help mentor.

Cons

Too much centralized control with Senior Management. Also, sometimes it’s hard to develop new processes because of push-back from key positions. There is general resistance to process improvement.

Great company that looks out for their employees. I would compare it to the military without having to sign a contract and put on a uniform. Veteran friendly.

Cons

Company is growing so rapidly that some jobs/responsibilities are forgotten or overlooked. Communicating effectively across the matrix can be difficult.
