Immediate colleagues are great people, some very technically knowledgeable.

Cons

not flexible on leave, working from home, or managing work/life balance. No overtime pay as a defense contractor, the few days between Christmas and New Years are "optional work days" and you are required to use CAL, paid time off, or work those days, unlike most other defense contractors I've worked for. BAD MANAGEMENT. There are far too many levels of management, and the management does NOT know what they are doing in regards to basic systems engineering.

Opportunity to work with a vast variety of personnel to provide the customers with the best product available. No tied to the office, with flexible work environment.

Cons

It is called a job for a reason. Communication between departments needs to be improved.

Very stable company historically. Good benefits Reasonable Facilities Every other Friday off 9/40 schedule

Cons

This is a Family Business. Very little top down communication in the company. Predator/Reaper product line has probably run its course. Morale is generally not very good among the rank and file No empowerment of employees. Power is closely held at top.
