Challenging and Rewarding Work Environment

I have found my work at general atomics to be both challenging and interesting. My supervisor has allowed me to take on a lot of responsibility and has rewarded me along the way for my efforts.

Cons

I don't have a lot of negative things to say. The dynamic work environment has its challenges, however, on most days I find this to be a blessing.

Good pay, good bonuses, good benefits, pension, great vacation for long serving employees.

Cons

The work is boring, the company is no longer innovating, mediocre middle managers, ostrich upper managers, declining product lines, too much red tape. No chance to own stock.
