Uneven work distribution within the test groups in the company, no overtime or comp time, but long work hours (when on travel to site)

Great company and great people. Received continuous on the job training and the company is always reviewing and updating processes.

Cons

Not a lot of opportunities to move up within the company. Salary was only average and raises were minimal. End of the year bonus was good.
