Pros

Morale is good for the most part. People are friendly and willing to help each other. There's ability to interface among a multitude of disciplines/departments and also opportunity to move around the company which all help broaden knowledge and skillsets. Lots to learn about UAV products and the industry.

Cons

Company is getting too big and bogged down by lots of processes, paperwork, and red tape that adversely affect efficiency and resourcing to actual priorities (engineering work if you are an engineer). Raises and pay are low compared to market. Not much R&D. Could invest more in training.

The job security is good, the people I work with are great, the work is oftentimes very exciting. I enjoy it very much.

Cons

It seems hard to move up in this company. It seems as though they are more of a radar, hardware shop instead of a serious software company.
