9/80 Workweek. Good co-workers. Not much else.

Cons

Management is incompetent. Executive management is incompetent. Tons of labor law suits against the company. HR is very one sided and will coerce employees.

I find this is a great company to work for. Exciting products and a good culture. I would recommend this company to friends and family.

Cons

If I had to find a con it would be due to lack of training. I would like to see more training of employees to learn new technologies to keep up with the industry.
