While there are opportunities for growth it is 98% male and if you are a woman who is between the ages of 18 and 40 you will be made to feel uncomfortable over and over again.

Communication is difficult, people don't return phone calls and ignore emails, treat other departments as competition instead of team mates

Cons

HR needs lots of work to be fairer about who gets promotions when. They also need to learn to look outside of "traditional" qualifications of purely education.
