      Pros

      They had a good benefits package. Many career opportunities if you know the right people.

      Cons

      Working there was a bureaucratic nightmare. Meetings to discuss if there should be a meeting. Huge time suck to make up for the fact that management had no idea what was going on. Complete 'boys club' mentality. Working there was the most depressing time of my life and I could not be more happy to have left. Advice to new or existing employees, no matter how terrible it gets.... literally never ask HR for help. They will do nothing to help and only add to your misery.

      Good work-life balance, company events and clubs.

      Cons

      Depending on management, there may not be room for growth or to transfer departments. Due to new policy, your current manager must be made aware if you are internally applying.
