Benefits are fantastic. One of the few companies that have a pension plan. Flexible working hours. Management that understands that life is random, and you have to adjust accordingly.

Cons

You are in so many meetings, it is hard to accomplish anything during work hours. You'll find yourself working late, or coming in early, in order to get anything accomplished.

Great environment, positive staff, great benefits, management

Cons

Underpaid, the company still thinks we are in a recession so offers lower pay than a lot of other companies. Not much room for growth.
