General Atomics strives to offer competitive compensation and advancement opportunities to our employees. We encourage employees to consult with their supervisor, HR Business Partner, or a Talent Acquisition Specialist to seek out other opportunities within GA and plan their career growth.

Pros

9/80 schedule, no real expectations from management for quality work, as long as the "paperwork/documentation/requirements are solid." Benefits/pension plan are ok.

Cons

Boring, not good experience. Outdated technology across the board. Stereotypical "government urgent" deadlines... Low pay, minimal raises and almost insulting bonuses.
