      Everything from HR to salary to culture to Senior Management. Very dated company stuck in the past.

      Great perks and fringe benefits, medical and dental benefits, 9/80 workweek, flexible start time

      Cons

      Poor leadership and management skills, only 10% salary raise if you get promoted internally, promotion is very slow and biased. No open door policy, you won't see upper management involvement at all
