Paid well. Flexible working hours.

Engineer

Pros

Pension/401k match. Close to UTC and nice beaches. Gym, tennis courts, and pool at Torrey pines location can be nice.

Cons

Regarding IFT dept: Seems like engineers mostly work on technician type lab work with little or no training on traditional engineering concepts. This along with poor morale is leading to a high turnover rate, I would not recommend this group for new engineers right out of college.
