Good Benefits, Competitive pay, 4x10 work week. Get to work with a lot of smart people. Get to work on very interesting projects. Flexible work schedule.

Cons

Project planning needs improvement. More communication is needed between departments. Expectations in general are unreasonably high in some cases. EHS can be a nightmare. HR department is distant and does not engage with employees very much.
