Pros
9/80 schedule, career growth opportunity if you are a hard worker, vacation time is not hard to request/ not hard to take, not micro managed, relaxed office environment. when trying your best, you do not need to be terrified to make mistakes. Upper management seems relatively “not evil”
Cons
Very fast paced. You will always have “too much” to do. You need to be organized. It can be hard to set work/life balance if you aren’t very clear with your boundaries. On the job training is zero, you get thrown right in. No overtime pay.
