      a lot of interesting things to do, a lot of technologies and a lot of projects = a lot to learn and great possibilities to create the future of this company

      Cons

      everything is done at the same time. enormous workload at the moment. salary does not scale with responsibility at all. what you've asked for in the beginning you'll get till the end with minor adjustments
