This company has one of the worst employee cultures I have ever witnessed. Line employees are known to gossip and cause an unprofessional work environment. The sad part is that some Managers and Directors are active participants in this miss-conduct which pours fuel to those line employees to continue to with improper behaviors. Employees often collude in making the work environment a miserable place to work. As a result, this company often loses smart and talented employees for the low and stagnant performers. It is very unfortunate that senior management has not taken a serious and strong effort to address this problem. What adds to the frustration, is that employees are sometimes rewarded with bigger titles and salary increases only because of their tenure – not because of their work.

People don't let you move on they only you work everyday and that's it. After 15 years work for the they took always my benefits and cut my hours with the excuse that operation were low. If upper management doesn't like you, believe me you are not going anywhere.
