We got discounts from airlines to fly whenever we were on vacation. A lot of great people who were understanding and made doing the Job a lot easier.

Cons

They went based off seniority with things such as vacation, working overtime and schedules. They also would show favoritism to some employee and would hold people longer when ot was time to leave.
