no Pros were observed while the time worked.

Cons

they dont take seriously to the employees until they join as union member after 90 days, before of that you are nobody to take attention, and can be fired under any excuse. they are abussive with the times. overtime are obligatory if you dont want to be fired. Overtime should be asked and considered with the whole team. they dont do that.
