-Friendly working environment, lots of middle age woman in office, who are very kind. Free lunch, and always snacks around brought by employees. -Some good managers.

Cons

-below average pay, and little room for advancement. -Management are not prone to change. -ERM systems always changing, because of top level managements' politics. New guy wants new system, which scraps all old processes, and then when new guy comes again, and things change again. All with little benefit to the company, and alot of costs.

The People there are awesome with so many long term employees it is like a family. The Pay is competitive.

Cons

The bonus Structure for management is interesting, the GM of each branch gets a huge bonus every year of the backs of the other managers and they get nothing, hmmmmm? Also don't expect to be backed up if you are a manager senior management does not have your back
