      Work is easy after about 1 month\

      Cons

      There is no work life balance. Mandatory Overtime is literally mandatory They will not let you leave. No Holiday Pay (time and 1/2) till after your first year. No vacations till after your first year. 10 cent raise delivered in 2 terms during the first 6 months They lie in orientation there is no such thing as the "manager working with your schedule"
