Pros
Decent benefits while at GG. I had medical, dental, 401k, holidays, and vacation time. Very challenging work and allowed you to think out of the box. Most of my former coworkers still in touch with and liked most of the office environment. Got to work on a few interesting projects during my tenure of 7 years at GG.
Cons
No proper recognition of employees. Lots of favoritism between managers and employees. Waited over 8 months for my promotion and I was only going to get a merit increase despite working a lot of overtime to get the promotions I deserved. In the DC area the salaries are quite below market and was screwed over numerous times when getting increases. Most upper management said not enough in the budget this year for increased. Had to basically change roles to get my well deserved increases. Kept getting more work and not getting paid for the work as well.
