Good colleagues are around. They stay 1 - 3 years normally, someone over 3 years is an old-timer already. You can get to know a lot of new people though. Good location

Lack of giving / offering training to employees Lack of giving even average fixed salary - Swiss HQ (120 staff in admin and IT) >80% foreigners Lack of bonus payments or incentive structure Lack of interest in retaining employees / Lack of "selling" company to own employees even Lack of communication among divisions / departments - good luck in finding out what others do (check public internet as best source!) Lack of leadership of senior management Lack of charisma of senior management Lack of real company growth - what is happening in the future?
