Every Manager is every one else Job. No Hierarchy,Lack of Professionalism,No clear Job Direction. Company still Living in 1980. Backdated Inventory, Payroll (Still using Excel Sheets).........you Name it.

You work on the airfield to get experience to try and go to an airline.

Cons

You get no sick or personal days. You keep getting mandatory overtime. People quit like there's no tomorrow. You get no benefits of any kind. The company has no discipline of any kind.
