Pros

Very sad but but none at all (based out of the Dorval, QC office.) I cant speak for other offices.

Cons

Dishonest management, Extremely rude and aggressive unionised environment. Across the board corruption and brown nosing is the norm. I basically had no family life while working for them. Had a very uncooperative boss when it came to family business or support not to mention a very incompetent / biased HR department.
