Some of the co-workers are very nice, and provide chance to build relationships. With the many tasks/responsibilities, one can pick up exposure to build additional skill sets.

Cons

Dealing with the airlines, it is a very tough environment, and the company is always in tight budget. The pay is below market, and the health insurance is expensive, with low coverage. Many employees will say they are overloaded.
