Paid weekly, ability to change job positions, fairly easy hiring process, almost no restriction on who they're hiring as far as work ethic, Union Reps
Cons
Favoritism, good ol boys gang, supervisors have no sense of teamwork which makes it harder on the employees, too many chiefs not enough indians, excessive overtime depending on the job, poor management. Almost anyone who works here quits and finds a new job within a year, poor work environment, they do not care about their employees.
