Everything from equal pay for equal work to hours expected to work to micro-managing. They talk about "people first" all the time, but it is very clear the people they refer to are those in HQ's only and only some at that. Even headquarters is having a hard time keeping their people. Not every job description fits every kitchen. Those with multiple hats should be compensated adequately but not at this company. This is a modern day sweat-shop. Long crazy hours, hard work, minimal compensation (at least in the field) and no recognition for the worker.
