      Pros

      free lunches, raffles to win a prize, paid holidays and birthdays after 1 year employed, paid vacations, lots of overtime when you need them.

      Cons

      racism, favoritism, very poor organization, they make you work overtime even if you finished your work station. Very low raise up to 10 cents, almost to every year. Health benefits too high to afford.

      you get paid every week and have a set schedule

      Cons

      depending on the department you're in there is a high chance of MANDATORY overtime being called and you have to stay until the work is done
