Food available all day ! Great team work between management team. Action all day long... You cannot fall asleep !

Cons

No salary increase in 8 years for management. Low benefits, losses of benefits over time. Unionized employees have better benefits than management. 24h / 7 day schedule, 365 day per year. Need to work every holidays. NO recognition by head office. No human focus from the company. Lucky to have a GM that takes care of us.

-Friendly working environment, lots of middle age woman in office, who are very kind. Free lunch, and always snacks around brought by employees. -Some good managers.

Cons

-below average pay, and little room for advancement. -Management are not prone to change. -ERM systems always changing, because of top level managements' politics. New guy wants new system, which scraps all old processes, and then when new guy comes again, and things change again. All with little benefit to the company, and alot of costs.
