Understaffed departments = more exposure to various functions Reston HQ is professional and all departments are under one roof If you show kindness and respect to others, you will be treated the same This place can be a good place for new grads not for seasoned employees

Cons

Understaffed departments = Overtime and no training Finding answers or requesting info from other departments tend to drag on Micromanagement is visible and probably for a good reason Raises are hard to come by, most times non-existent.
