-very poor management - very poor people management - undecisive management - promotion based on friendship and favourism, not based on results - company has no money to actually work properly, no proper IT system - understaffed

Lots of interaction with customers and exposure to a fast paced environment.. An extra perk is that you get to sample a lot of foods

Cons

The work life / personal life not not always very balanced especially during busy seasons. This is a union environment so there are some added challenges there as well.

Free lunch with something that resembles food. Usually Swanson bulk meals reheated with a limited selection. And you get paid weekly, like most airline jobs.

Cons

Clown Town. Safety is #3. Sexual harassment is the norm. You don't always get the pay promised. The worlds most unprofessional environment. It's common to hear people yell "That's not my job!"
