Pros

Free food provided: breakfast(cereal, oatmeal), Lunch, Dinner Do not apply! Only as a last resort! You have been warned! Company has a 50% turn over rate

Cons

-HR tells you that you dont need gloves. Go to the 99 cent store and buy warm gloves. Your fingers will become numb in the freezer as your cutting grapes. -Massive call offs & No call no shows.. People stop coming to work and 1 person is forced to do the job of 4 people -Always OT, Mandatory OT you never get off at your scheduled time -EXTREMELY Unorganzied -No training, we were just put to work after orientation, and they expect us to know how to do it, and get upset when it's not done correctly -Management treats you poorly -When you ask for an extra body to help you, the only thing a supervisor will tell you is HURRY UP! -Employees dont carry their weight, so they move them and make you do their work and yours. -If you work overnight on a Saturday you are paid from-8pm-12am, the remaining hours are placed on your next check. If you worked OT, it turns into regular time because you didnt work 40 hours that week. -You cant bring outside food in. You are forced to eat the food, and sometimes it's not all that great. -They dont give you the tools that you need to do your job, then they expect you to work 11 hours due to their inadequacies None of this is explained in training!

Pros

It's an atmosphere of constant change so you will get good experience, but that comes at a high price.

Cons

The high price: long hours for pay below the market, management that is poorly educated - many of the old timers are airline catering veterans that maybe graduated from high school, if you don't have airline catering exp. it is hard to get ahead, inadequate systems, no ability to make decisions as this is tightly controlled at the top. It can be absolute chaos on the floor as the bottom line is to get the flights out on time. They talk about recognition and training, but it is lip service. This place crushes your soul.
