Great above teacher support! The countywide science coordinator is excellent and very helpful.

Cons

A lot of aging out and retiring teachers have poor attitudes - no computer skills. Some schools don't have the best atmosphere to work in.

Great kids and parents. Gastonia is a nice town

Cons

state, county and school administration add more tasks every week. And NC doesn't pay their teachers
