      Pros

      Some gems of schools and some great leaders.

      Cons

      Unresponsive to new and emerging educational trends. Some departments are exceptionally toxic and petty (hiding information from other team members, purposefully slowing down work, very catty). No vision for the future of education, just a bunch of career professionals holding down the status quo.

      Pros

      I love the school and adminstration(s) I work for. The students I am responsible for range from generally good to glimmers of hope for our future; the parents I've communicated with have made it wonderful.

      Cons

      The county will be the reason I leave a job that everyone wants me to stay at. 99.9% chance they won't care either.
