Pros
Gap has a fun atmosphere and is a great place to be if you like working with customers. Great discounts and my store had a lot of flexibility.
Cons
Well.. No matter how hard you work, if your not best friends with the managers, you won't be getting a fair amount of hours. They really don't take the "no mixing business with your personal life" thing seriously. This at least rings true at my store. I got praise for my recovery and I sold a lot of cards, which is something they stress the MOST, but still got less hours than a lot of people. By less I mean around SIX to TEN. At a low point I got THREE. Yet "great jobs" and "your the best!" during my short lived shifts. It was a very unpredictable job. Good if you don't REALLY need the money. Otherwise, get tf out of there.
