      Pros

      Top notch perks & benefits Work/life balance programs that make a huge difference Volunteer opportunities and great global consciousness Pleasant offices Very fashionable, young employee base

      Cons

      Director level and above are difficult to connect with and have huge egos With many management changes, it's tough to make progress (rules keep changing) People have their fiefdoms and defend those instead of working together Although they only had a few people reporting to them, my manager/s rarely had time to meet with me and cancelled many of our meetings (in favor of far more important people...gee, make me feel special, why don't you?)

      The call center is fair and helps employees better their skills with lots of feedback and training as needed. I didn't run into any cons as a seasonal employee.

      One store, 50+ employees, only 10-15 hours a week, more often then not cut to ten hours!

      Pros

      Great discount at the outlet store. That's about it for the pros for this particular store, I mean it nothing else worth noting.

      Cons

      Management talking to you any kind of way. Store was ran horribly, associates were told not to clean areas until end of day many times. Leaving the store in such a mess it couldn't be fully taken care of that night. !0 hours a week was the usual.
