Pros

Management is great. The work environment is casual but at some times various interesting projects do come up. Hours are good.

Cons

It is hard to figure out how to advance quickly in the organization. The compensation is on the low end side.

Awesome place to work... company really cares about their store teams. Benefits are the BEST in the business, Gap, Inc gave same sex partners health benefits before anyone else! It is retail, so it is not always easy. By far best retailer to work for!

Cons

It is not predictable, but that is good.. it is never boring... during tough times, things get harder on the front line at the sotre level... buck up!

Not a great job, you could see it as bootcamp for sales associates.

Pros

You get a lot of discounts and are well aware of current sales. It is definitely a great place to meet people and socialize.

Cons

You never have a set schedule, customer service is very hard since customers don't care much. It is sort a low end store, so it is unorganized most of the time and you have to do all the recovery work.
