it looks good on a resume and catches people's attention. it's located in a nice area of the city near the water.

Cons

it feels like a high school atmosphere combined with a tmz culture. lots of gossip and talk about celebrities

Pros

Dress code was not strict. Management gave recognition for performance. task done at work were relative easy. Great way to develop communication skill

Cons

Work was not challenging. Have to offer GAP cards to every customer Work hours was not steady. If store was not getting enough traffic and sale, employee would be cut early and sent home.

-hours can be unfavorable -scheduling only comes out a week in advance -managers and workers can be click-y -hours can be cut if store performs poorly -on-call shifts
