      Pros

      You get a chance to work with very talented people, and probably the top of the industry. The corporate discount is generous & convenient.

      Cons

      Work life balance is hard to achieve. Senior Management all talk about it, but demand high deliverables, making it impossible for their direct reports.

      Pros

      Training and development is on going. Company uses good business sense. Reasonable workload. Work/life balance is great. Up to date technology. Great product. Good employee benefits. Work with the best people in the industry.

      Cons

      The raises just suck and are not reflective of your actual performance. Unrealisitc goals. Sometimes if you work in the store level your store budget can be set an an unrealistic goal, that is not based off your current trend as if a magic fairy is going to bring more people into your store. My store comp's significantly over last year's numbers every year, and still our budget is not in line with our trend. While all our kpi's are in the positive.

      Pros

      Depending on the store manager's ability to run the store, if great, you can get on with things without any hassle. Good discounts

      Cons

      Customer always comes first can make you feel like a 3rd class citizen and there's not much protection against rude customers
