Friendly culture. Jerks don't last too long. Do-the-right-thing philosophy stems from founding family that is still present & influential in a good way. Huge company with many brands & functions = lots of career possibilities. Amazing brands & company heritage.

Cons

Bureaucratic and slow. Silo-ed teams and thinking. Low energy and excitement. Lots of re-organizations and leadership changes in pursuit of better outcomes. Short term thinking. Pay is low vs. market. Bonus program is impossible to understand and annual payout is erratic.
