Flexible hours and you can pick shifts in any store of Gap in the area (Old Navy, Gap, Banana Republic and Athleta)

Cons

- very little hours; as a part-timer I rarely had 20h/week - if sales are not reached shifts are cut last minute, even during your shift - it's very physically intense - as an employee you have 50% off from the original price, so it's more convenient to buy as a customer

Cons

A lot of bureaucracy. Sometimes difficult to solve simple problems due to the amount of hoops engineers have to jump through.
