The work/life balance here is okay.

Cons

Ask you to put email on your phone but won't pay any portion of your bill Lots of internal gossip and chaos. You will get called to the carpet for leaving two minutes early. Limited advancement opportunities although it's said that there is. No flexibility although it's sold to you in the interview process. The office is very miserable, no one speaks, people come and go like they are serving a sentence.
