Pros

I have been here for 3 years. I have been treated very well and work in a really strong group. When certain technology issues were identified, my management structure said "we can fix this but you will have to commit", they proceeded to do just that and the company stood behind them.

Cons

It is a large company that has been around for a long time. Occasionally there are entrenched groups that are ineffective but you will always see things like that in a large company and it's less prevalent here than many other companies I've had exposure to.

None that I can think off, good place to learn or use as a stop gap, but you'll only progress if your face fits with those that count.

Cons

Underpaid, under appreciated, underhand! This company has some appalling tatics at removing people from the business, they do not adhere to their own employment policies unless it suits them too. Worst company I have ever worked for!

Cons

Old boys network. Senior leadership primarily comprised of middle aged white men. Shareholder rather than employee centric. Financial metrics drive all business decisions to the employees' detriment. High turnover particularly on the West Coast.
