Tenured persons don't like new people coming into department, and will do all they can to make sure you fail. They hire friends of friends that are not competent to do job.

They come in and throw all this overwhelming information at you all at once & then leave and expect you to carry on using the new information. This is confusing & adds a ton of extra work because they are a publicly traded company. I feel like they care more about covering themselves than they do about serving the customers.
