Pros

No dress code from Tuesday to Friday. Fixed shift Monday to Friday. Year end leave encashment above 15 days balance. Opportunity to apply for insurance based online exams paid by company. Many activities and parties are organized.

Cons

If unable to clear external online exam payment is deducted from salary. Management good at favouritism. Managers rule as they wish to do so. Company policies are only for Associates to follow. Manipulation is on high level if by any chance spoken against management. HR also won't support. Whoever is good at buttering shall think to join.
