Working environment. Many opportunities for learning and certifications in Insurance domain. Many extracurricular activities.

Cons

OT policies. Training process is slow and sometimes clueless(like paid bench). Some people might like this. Slow growth. Rotational shifts.

If your team manager has a good bond with will definitely give you a good amount of incentive and Overtime pay

Cons

IT team can improve a bit with their knowledge and trust employees if they say facing issues with their laptop and not with the WIFI connection.
