Great collaborative teamwork and eagerness to help one another out. Also they put a lot of effort into growing the resources and technology available for the service team to make their jobs easier.

Cons

There are a lot of Gallagher specifics and workflows. It can be hard to sort yourself out without a designated veteran mentor who already knows the ropes.

They do not want to pay the people they hire and train. They want to only pay people that come from other insurance companies.
