Salary and bonus ok, and WFH.

Cons

Just don't know how to treat people, those at the senior level who should lead by example. If you're white and male, you're ok. Even though they bang on about D&I and gender equality, they don't practice it.

Too much drama, politics and power trips They have favourites that can do no wrong - as long as you bring in money, you can break every HR rule and get away with it! If you are a good worker - you will be walked all over and taken advantage of! Stress will be your new best friend, say goodbye to worklife balance! If you are lazy and incompetent, this place is perfect to get away with it because nobody cares! Turnover rate through the roof!

It was a great starting point.

Cons

Pay inconsistent and below average. Managers should not speak to employees about other employees, but in Midvale that happened frequently. Favoritism is obvious and toxic. It’s a job. Be professional and expect the same great standards from everyone. Training lacking, but they’re trying to improve this.
