The clients were overall awesome to work with and as an adjuster you are given as opportunity to gain experience in several lines of coverage and nature of risk (AL, GL, Product, Environmental etc)

Cons

Educational opportunities is very limited. Growth opportunities is limited. Work/life balance is a struggle Constant turnover causing the others to take on the extra load Training is by fire and on the fly
