I went thru the summer internship program with Gallagher. It was good and you get to go up to Chicago for a week.

Pros

You get lots of on the job experience. Also the trip ip to Chicago is really fun and good for networking. Overall, the summer was great for professional experience.

Cons

Some of the day to day work got boring or they would not have anything for us to do. Also sometimes we would have to do menial work like moving desks, boxes, etc.

Best places to work in many different locations! Great people, great leadership and great opportunity at an organization who values its people!

Cons

AJG expects a lot from its people, sometimes not great work/life balance, benefits are so so and salaries are lower than the industry.
